Abstract
Diplomová práce na téma ?Informování obyvatelstva o zásadách chování přivzniku mimořádných událostí?popisuje současný stav varování obyvatelstva vČeské republice. Věnuje se podrobněji jednotnému systému varování a vyrozumění, chování obyvatelstva po zaznění varovného signáluapreventivně výchovným činnostem voblasti ochrany obyvatelstva. Tyto oblasti se zaměřením na únik chemických látek jsou demonstroványvpraktické částiprácena příkladu městNeratovice a Brandýs nadLabem-Stará Boleslav. Praktická část mapuje informovanost oochraně obyvatelstva mezi žáky základních školurčité obcea zjišťuje, jakým způsobem tyto vědomosti ovlivňuje preventivně výchovný program Hasík CZ. Dále mapuje informovanost oochraně obyvatelstvave městě zařazeném a ve městě nezařazenémdo zóny havarijního plánování. Všechny získané informace podléhají vzájemné komparaci a jsou z nich odvozovány návrhy řešení této problematiky dobudoucích let.
 
The diploma thesis on topic "Informing the population about the behavior principles in emergency situations" describes the current state of emergency population warning in the Czech Republic. The thesis is devoted in detail to a unified system ofwarning and notification, to the population behavior after hearing the warning signal and preventive educational programs in the field of protection of the population. These areas, focusing concretely on chemical leakages, are demonstrated in the practical part onthe example of Neratovice city, Brandys nad Labem-Stara Boleslav city and pupils ofprimary schools in Prague. The practical part describesthe awareness of protection ofthe population amongst primary school pupils in a specific area anddemonstrates how that knowledge is affected by the preventive educational program Hasík CZ. It also surveys the knowledge of protection of the population in the city which is classified andinthe city which is not classified within the emergency planningzone. All gained information is then subject to a mutual comparison. Proposals for solving this issue inthefuture are derived from this comparison
