Využití mapových podkladů a geografického informačního systému při řízení zásahu složek integrovaného záchranného systému

Abstract

Tato práce zkoumá využití geografického informačního systému při řízení zásahu složek integrovaného záchranného systému. Teoretická část je zaměřena na současný stav řešené problematiky, ve které jsou popisovány základní složky integrovaného záchranného systému, jejich koordinace při společném zásahu, mapové podklady, geografické informační systémy a požadavky vizualizací aktivit základních složek integrovaného záchranného systému. Vpraktické části je analyzována typová činnost složek při společném zásahu a následnou syntézou vytvořeny požadavky vizualizací do koordinačních technologií. Dále je zachycen stav koordinačních technologií a možnost jejich využití vpraxi. Na modelové události je poukázáno na využití mapových podkladů a geografic kého informačního systému pomocí koordinační technologie. Vzávěru práce je zhodnocena současná situace využívání geografických informačních systémů na jednotlivých úrovních koordinace a vcelém integrovaném záchranném systému.

This thesis investigates the use of geographic information system in the intervention Management of the intergrated rescue system components. The theoretical part focus on the current status of the topic. It describes the basic components of the integrated rescue system, their coordination during the joint intervention, map material, geographic information systems and the requests of th e visualization activities of the basic components of the integrated rescue system. The practical part analysis the type operation components during the joint intervention and the requested needs for the coordination technologies visualisation being made by the follow-up sysnthesis. There is also described the status of the coordination technologies and their possible use in practice. There is mentioned a model event showing the use of map material and the geographic information system by the coordination technologie. The end of the thesis valorizes the current status of the geographic information system use within the individual coordination levels as well as in the whole integrated rescue system.
