Posttraumatická intervenční péče u zasahujících složek Integrovaného záchranného systému v Moravskoslezském kraji

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou využití posttraumatické intervenční péče u členů zasahujících složek Integrovaného záchranného systému se zaměřenímna Moravskoslezský kraj. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány základní pojmy týkající se oblasti Integrovaného záchranného systému a členů pomáhajících profesí, kteří v těchto organizacích působí. Dále popisuje posttraumatickou péči, kdy vznikla a důvody jejího vzniku. Ve výzkumné části práce jsou vymezeny cíle, hypotézy a metody. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit, jak členové zasahujících složek IZS vnímají možnost poskytování posttraumatické intervenční péče a jak se k této možnosti staví z hlediska jejího využití. Součástí práce je také anonymní dotazníkový průzkum, sestavený z několika dotazů, na které odpovídali členové složek Integrovaného záchranného systému. Cílem bakalářské práce je potvrzení či vyvrácení hypotéz a daných cílů. Získaná data jsou zpracována ve formě tabulek a grafů. V diskusi je provedena komparace námi zjištěných výsledků s výsledky jiných autorů. V závěru je shrnutí výsledků a cílů práce.

This Bachelor thesis discusses the issue of post-traumatic intervention care provided on workers within the Integrated Rescue System, with a special focus on the Moravian- Silesian Region. The theoretical part of this paper describes the basic terms relating to the Integrated Rescue System and helping professions in emergency and rescue services, and explores the post-traumatic care, when it originated and the reasons for its origination. The research part of this paper describes the objectives, hypotheses and methods. The research aims to examine how workers within emergency and rescue services understand the option of post-traumatic intervention care and how they think it can be benefical to them. This paper also includes an anonymous survey based on a questinnare comprised of several questions that were answered by emergency and rescue services workers. The survey aims to confirm or refute the hypotheses and the objectives set in this paper. The information obtained is presented in tables and charts and compared with our findings well as with the findings of other authors. The final part of this paper provides a summary of the results and the objectives of this paper.
