Porovnání účinků laseru a magnetoterapie u pacientů s vertebrogenním algickým syndromem

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, která z terapeutických možností z oblasti fyzikální terapie, v tomto případě laseroterapie a magnetoterapie, má lepší analgetický účinek u pacientů s vertebrogenním algickým syndromem. Práce je rozdělená do několika částí. Kapitola ,,Současný stav" popisuje axiální systém z pohledu anatomie a kineziologie. Dále se zabývá definicí a vznikem vertebrogenního algického syndromu, ale také jeho klinickým obrazem, způsobem terapie a tím jak mu předcházet. Nedílnou součástí této kapitoly je téma bolest, která úzce souvisí s vertebrogenním algickým syndromem. Zahrnuty jsou i základní informace o použitých terapiích, kterými jsou laseroterapie a magnetoterapie. Následuje kapitola ,,Cíle práce", kde je uvedeno čeho se v této bakalářské práci mělo dosáhnout a kapitola ,,Metodika", kde jsou popsané veškeré vyšetřovací metody a terapeutické postupy, které byly použity pro speciální část této bakalářské práce. ,,Speciální část" je rozdělena na dvě části. První část se zabývá skupinou deseti pacientů, kterým byla aplikována laseroterapie. Druhou skupinu tvoří také deset pacientů, jimž byla aplikována magnetoterapie. U každého pacienta najdeme kineziologický rozbor a přehled terapií včetně hodnocení efektu terapie. V kapitole ,,Výsledky" je zhodnocen terapeutický efekt obou terapií pomocí tabulek a grafů. Výsledky jsou poté diskutované a porovnané s jinými literárními zdroji v kapitole ,,Diskuze". Poslední kapitolou je ,,Závěr", kde je shrnutí celkového přínosu této bakalářské práce a splnění cílů práce.

The subject of this Bachelor thesis is to find out which of the therapeutic possibilities in the field of physical therapy, in this case laser therapy and magnetic therapy, has a better analgesic effect on patients with the vertebrogenic algic syndrome. Section Current situation describes the axial system from the point of view of anatomy and kinesiology. Further on it deals not only with the definition and causes of the vertebrogenic algic syndrome, but also with its clinical record file, the method of therapy and its prevention. An integral part of this section is also the pain which is closely connected with the syndrome. This section also includes some basic information about the therapies such as laser therapy and magnetic therapy, both of which were applied for the purposes of this thesis. Section Objectives mentions the ambitions of the thesis and section Methodology describes all examination methods and therapeutic processes that were used for the Special section of the thesis. The Special section is divided into two parts. The first part deals with a group of ten patients who went through the laser therapy. The second group had ten patients too and all of them underwent the magnetic therapy. For each patient I am giving their kinesiologic analyses and a survey of applied therapies including their specific effects. In section Results I have evaluated the therapeutic effects by means of charts and graphs. Afterwards the results were discussed and compared with other specialized resources in section Discussion. In the last section I am trying to sum up how I have contributed in my thesis to a better understanding of the problem of the vertebrogenic algic syndrome and its modern treatment.
