Zabezpečení velkochovů v kraji náhradními zdroji elektrické energie

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zjištění aktuálního stavu zabezpečení chovů před výpadkem elektrické energie a případné doporučení k nápravě. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou kritické infrastruktury, a dále podrobněji popisuje energetiku, a to zejména elektřinu a energetickou bezpečnost. Jsou zde také uvedeny základní informace o chovech drůbeže. Poslední část je věnována legislativě, která všechny zmíněné pojmy zahrnuje. Praktickou část práce tvoří potvrzení či vyvrácení stanovených hypotéz a vyhodnocení strukturovaného dotazníku, který byl použit na zjištění aktuálního stavu velkochovů. Šetření bylo prováděno ve Středočeském kraji v chovech s více než 10 000 kusy a pro potřeby komparace také v Libereckém a Plzeňském kraji. V diskusi jsou uvedeny reálné zkušenosti chovatelů, dále názory odborníků na aktuální stav zabezpečení před výpadkem elektrické energie a v neposlední řadě fakta o intenzivních chovech drůbeže z pohledu zvěrolékaře.

The aim of the Diploma thesis is to determine the current state of protection of breeding farms against blackouts and to suggest potential improvements. The theoretical part deals with the issue of critical infrastructure, it describes in more detail energies, especially electricity and energetic safety. This part also contains basic information on the poultry breeding. The last section is devoted to the legislative that encompasses all the above mentioned notions. The practical part consists of confirmation or disproof of determined hypotheses and evaluation of a structured questionnaire that was used to find out about current state of breeding farms. The survey was carried out in the Central Bohemian Region in the breeding farms with more than 10000 pieces and, for comparison, also in the Liberec and Pilsen regions. The discussion contains real experience of the breeders as well as professional opinions on the current state of protection against blackout. It also presents facts on the poultry breeding farms from the perspective of a veterinary.
