Možnosti fyzioterapie po ruptuře flexorů kolenního kloubu

Abstract

Abstrakt Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování obecné problematiky a možností fyzioterapie u ruptury flexorů kolenního kloubu. Kapitola současný stav přibližuje problematiku z oblasti flexorů kolenního kloubu a jejich poranění. Popisuje anatomii dané svalové skupiny, zmiňuje fyziologickou a patologickou stránku tohoto svalového poškození, přibližuje prevenci před vznikem, recidivou či obnovením zranění a uvádí postup první pomoci v akutní fázi úrazu. Metodika se zaměřuje na popis jednotlivých vyšetřovacích a terapeutických metod, které byly v průběhu rehabilitace využity ve speciální části práce při práci s pacienty v rámci obou uvedených kazuistik. Ve speciální části jsou zpracovány dvě kazuistiky pacientů s poraněním flexorů kolenního kloubu. Na základě získaných informací při vstupním vyšetření byl u pacientů stanoven krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán, následně blíže rozpracován průběh rehabilitace. Jsou zde uvedeny příklady konkrétních cvičebních jednotek s detailním popisem vybraných cviků, které jsou zvoleny dle možností pacienta s cílem největší efektivity minimalizovat následky úrazu. Ve výsledcích bakalářské práce je na základě porovnání získaných informací při vstupním a výstupním kineziologickém rozboru zhodnocen výsledný efekt absolvované terapie. Diskuze je zaměřena na porovnání dosažených výsledků u pacientů, posouzení vhodnosti jednotlivých aspektů zvolené terapie, zhodnocení nejčastějších příčin tohoto svalového poranění.

Abstract The bachelor thesis presents the case of generic issues, and options of the physiotherapy, while dealing with the rupture of the flexor muscles in the knee joint. The chapter current status elucidates the issues in the region of flexor muscles in the knee joint and their injuries. It describes the muscle group anatomy, it mentions the muscle injury from the physiological and pathological point of view, teaches about prevention, deterioration and relapse of the injury and describes the first-aid procedures during the acute phase. The methodology describes individual treatment and therapeutic methods used during the rehabilitation therapy with the patients. These methods were used in the special part of the thesis during rehabilitation. Two case reports of patients suffering from the flexor muscles in the knee joint injury are processed in the special part. A short-time and long-time rehabilitation plan and then the more thorough rehabilitation process were defined for the patients on the basis of aquired information during the initial examination. Examples of specific training sessions with detailed exercise descriptions are noted here. The exercise was chosen based on the patient's ability with the objective of reaching the maximum effectiveness while minimizing the injury repercussion. The final effectiveness of the therapy is based on the comparison of aquired information from the input and output of kinesiological analysis and is noted in the thesis results. The discussion focuses on comparing the results achieved by the patients, assesses the suitable aspects of the chosen therapy and evaluates the common causes of this muscle injury.
