Analýza a komparace protipovodňového opatření Prahy 7 v letech 2002 a 2013

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá opatřením proti povodním ve vybrané městské části. Cílem práce byla analýza a komparace protipovodňových opatření v Městské části Praha 7 v letech 2002 a 2013. Praha 7 je jedna z nejohroženějších městských částí hlavního města Prahy. Na jejím území je nejdelší část protipovodňové ochrany. Teoretická část se nejprve zabývá povodněmi, legislativou týkající se ochrany před povodněmi a vysvětluje stupně povodňové aktivity. Dále charakterizuje ochranu před povodněmi, účastníky ochrany před povodněmi a instituce zúčastňující se předpovídání povodní. Závěr teoretické části se věnuje ochraně obyvatelstva před povodněmi. Praktická část je rozdělena do pěti částí. První část charakterizuje území Prahy 7. Další dvě kapitoly se zabývají příčinami a průběhem povodní v letech 2002 a 2013. Každému roku povodní je věnována jedna kapitola. V těchto dvou částech jsou analyzována konkrétní opatření, která městská část vykonala během povodní. Jedná se například o evakuaci nebo stavění protipovodňových hrází. Ve čtvrté části je provedena komparace výše zmíněních opatření. Poslední část se zabývá návrhy na zlepšení. Výsledky jsou znázorněny v grafech a tabulkách. Závěrem jsou shrnuty všechny výsledky a cíl práce. V příloze jsou umístěny fotografie a mapa dané etapy.

My Bachelor´s Work goes into flood control in a selected district. The aim of the work was the analysis and comparison of flood control in the district of Prague 7 between 2002 and 2013. Prague 7 is one of the most endagered districts of the capital city of Prague. There is the longest flood protection on its area. At first the theoretical part follows the floods, legislation applying to flood protection and also explains the levels of flood activity. Further on it characterizes flood protection, the participants of flood protection and institutions take part in predicting floods. The conclusion of the theoretical part is devoted to the protection of citizens against floods. The practical part is divided into five parts. The first part characterizes the district of Prague 7. The following two parts deal with the causes and progress of floods in 2002 and 2013. One chapter is devoted to each year. In these two chapters concrete precautions which were carried out during the floods are analysed. It concerns e.g. evacuation or setting up flood barriers. In the fourth part there is carried out comparison of the above mentioned precautions. The last part deals with improvement propositions. The results are represented graphically and in tables. In conclusion, all the results together with the aim of the work are summarized. In the enclosure there are placed pictures and a map within the certain period.
