Játra a vliv alkoholu na hepatocyty

Abstract

Bakalářské práce se věnuje problematice onemocnění jater vlivem alkoholu, který v dnešní době je častým tématem. Obecná část je zaměřena na anatomii a histologii jater, fyziologii jaterních buněk. V této části je také zahrnuta část biochemie, a to z hlediska ethanolu a jeho metabolismu v těle. Mezi další témata, o kterých v obecné části hovoříme je patologie jater vlivem alkoholu, přesněji cirhóza a steatóza postihující játra a další onemocnění s tím spojené. Malá část se věnuje alkoholismu jako nemoci a statistice tohoto onemocnění v České republice. Praktická část práce se věnuje přípravě preparátů zdravých a postižených jater. Zde je zahrnuto několik barvících histologických metod a průkaz glykogenu pomocí PAS reakce. Preparáty jsou následně fotograficky zdokumentovány a popsány.

The bachelor thesis deals with the problem of liver disease due to alcohol, which is a frequent topic in nowadays. The general part is focused on liver anatomy and histology, liver cell physiology. This part also includes part of biochemistry, from the ethanol point of view and its metabolism in the body. Other topics, that we do talk about in general, are liver pathology due to alcohol, more precisely cirrhosis and steatosis affecting the liver and other related diseases. A small part deals with alcoholism as a disease and statistics of this disease in Czech Republic. The practical part is devoted of preparing slides of healthy and affected liver. Here were included several histological staining methods and demonstration of glycogen by PAS reaction. Slides were later photographically documented and described.
