Posttraumatická stresová porucha u válečných veteránů a vojáků v činné službě

Abstract

Obsahem bakalářské práce je problematika zabývající se popisem stresových reakcí jako je akutní reakce na stres a posttraumatická stresová porucha. Práce je zaměřená především na problematiku posttraumatické stresové poruchy u válečných veteránů a vojáků v činné službě, kteří byli vystavení traumatickému zážitku při zahraniční misi. V teoretické části se práce zabývá charakteristikou stresu jako psychickou zátěží na člověka a tím spojenou analýzou mechanismu stresových reakcí. Pro zachování našeho života jsou reakce na určitý stres velmi důležité, a pokud by byl mechanismus nefunkční, lidé by zahynuli již při první nebezpečné příležitosti. Praktická část práce se zabývá výskytem posttraumatické stresové poruchy, kdy informace získáváme pomocí anonymního dotazníkového šetření. Získané informace jsou vyhodnoceny a v diskuzi je následně provedena komparace námi zjištěných výsledků s výsledky autorů, zabývajících se problematikou posttraumatické stresové poruchy u válečných veteránů.

The bachelor thesis deals with the description of stress reactions such as an acute reaction to stress and posttraumatic stress disorder. The thesis is focused mainly on the issue of post-traumatic stress disorder of war veterans and soldiers in active duty, who were exposed to a traumatic experience in a foreign mission. In the theoretical part the work deals with the characteristics of the stress as a psychological burden on man and thus the analysis of the mechanism of stress reactions. To keep to stay alive, responses to a certain stress are very important, and if the mechanism was not working, people would die on the first dangerous occasion. The practical part deals with the occurrence of posttraumatic stress disorder, where information is obtained through the anonymous questionnaire survey. The obtained information is evaluated and in the discussion is then made a comparison of our results with the results of the authors who deal with the issue of war veterans posttraumatic stress disorder.
