Cílem je popsat danou metodu, postup práce radiologického asistenta v celém diagnostickém procesu, tj. přípravu, provedení a následnou péči o nemocné u této vyšetřovací techniky. The Bachelor thesis deals with the imaging of metabolites in tissues by magnetic resonance and is focused on the task of a radiological assistant during the entire examination. The emphasis is put on his activities related to the preparation of a patient before the examination and independent realization of imaging by magnetic resonance. The aim of the work is to describe the basic principle of magnetic resonance and its position among other imaging methods. It also deals with specific advanced methods of imaging by magnetic resonance. The emphasis is put on the examination of magnetic resonant spectroscopy. The aim is to describe the given method and the work procedure of a radiological assistant during the entire diagnostic procedure i.e. preparation, performance and follow-up care of the sick when using this examination technique.
