Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce "Hodnocení vlivu mechanických vlastností na konečnou kvalitu výlisku" je ověření vlivu mechanických vlastností na proces lisování vnitřního dílu předních dveří vozu ŠKODA Octavia III. Teoretická část práce pojednává o problematice tvářecího procesu, mechanických vlastnostech ocelí a problematice materiálových modelů. Experimentální část práce je zaměřena na sledování vlivu mechanických vlastností na proces lisování. Byly získány hodnoty mechanických vlastností materiálů. Tyto hodnoty byly použity pro numerické simulace.

The subject of this bachelor thesis "Evaluation of the influence of mechanical properties on the final quality of the stamping" is to verify the influence of the mechanical properties on the stamping process of the inner part of front door of ŠKODA Octavia III. The introductory part of this thesis deals with theories of metal forging, mechanical properties of steel and the theory of material models. The practical part is focused on the monitoring of the influence of mechanical properties to the stamping process itself. Results of this practical part, measured values of the mechanical properties of the materials, were used for the numerical simulations.
