Problematika realizace staveb dle BIM z pohledu technologie

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá použitím BIM technologie při výstavbě. V úvodní části autor nastiňuje klasifikaci BIM a co to vlastně BIM je. Dále pokračuje shrnutím historického vývoje, současného stavu míry implementace, použití v České republice i ve světě. Důležité je konstatování aktuální legislativy věnující se problematice informačního modelování staveb. V další části autor popisuje osobní zkušenosti s používáním BIM na konkrétním příkladu výstavby administrativní budovy. Tato část je zaměřena na využití programu BIM 360 a detekci kolizí. Shrnutí obsahuje popsání benefitů, jako je snížení doby výstavby a nákladů. Poté se autor pokusil krátce zanalyzovat možný vývoj v oblasti použití ve výstavbové fázi stavby. V poslední kapitole je zpracováno krátké dotazníkové šetření napříč českými stavebními společnosti ohledně využití technologie BIM ve výstavbě.

The diploma thesis deals with using BIM technology during construction. In the first part author describes BIM clasification and simply what BIM is. Further the author continues with summary fo history, present situation of BIM implementation, using BIM in the Czech Republic and all around the world. Very important part is description of the legislation dealing with this problematic. The following part is about author´s personal experience with using BIM in a particular construction phase of an office building. This part is focused on using application BIM 360 and collision detection. Summary contains description of benfits tied with using BIM, such as shortening the duration of the construction and cost reduction. Then author shortly analyzes the possible development of BIM usage in construction management. The last part consists of a short survey (and its processing) that was given to czcech construction companies and it is focused on their experience with BIM.
