Návrh opatření BOZP na výstavbu administrativní budovy "Rustonka" - Sokolovská 115 - Praha 8, Objekt A

Abstract

Uvedená diplomová práce se zabývá bezpečností a ochranou zdraví při práci a požární ochranou pří výstavbě administrativní budovy. Autor se v první časti diplomové práce zabývá stručným vymezením užívaných pojmů, historií, a dále analýzou právních předpisů, které se týkají BOZP a PO. Dále je v teoretické části popsáno, kdo má jaké povinnosti na úseku BOZP při výstavbě, a jak je řešena, kontrolována a zajišťována požární bezpečnost staveb. V praktické části diplomové práce autor hodnotí rizika při výstavbě administrativní budovy, a následně navrhuje, ekonomicky a časově hodnotí opatření pro několik vybraných technologických etap. V druhé půli praktické části autor posuzuje výstavbu administrativní z hlediska požární ochrany a následně navrhuje opatření pro zajištění požární bezpečnosti objektu při výstavbě, respektive zařízení staveniště a samotnou stavbu.

This diploma thesis deals with occupational health and safety and fire protection in the construction of an administrative building. In the first part of the diploma thesis, the author deals with a brief definition of the used terms, history, and further analysis of legislation concerning BOZP and PO. It is also described in the theoretical part, who has the obligations in the field of BOZP during construction and how the fire safety of buildings is solved, controlled and ensured. In the practical part of the diploma thesis, the author assesses the risks during the construction of the administrative building and then proposes and economically and temporally evaluates the measures for several selected technological stages. In the second half of the practical part, the author assesses the administrative construction in terms of fire protection and subsequently proposes measures for ensuring the fire safety of the building during construction, respectively the construction site facilities and the construction itself.
