Abstract

Bakalářská práce se věnuje regulované složce ceny za elektrickou energii. Základem práce je stanovení přístupů k tvorbě tarifní struktury, které reagují na výzvy, před kterými stojí současná energetika. V druhé části práce jsou aplikovány sazby regulované složky pěti zemí EU na šest definovaných zákaznických skupin. Pro ně je vypočítaná velikost regulované složky a popsány odlišnosti v přístupu k tarifní politice napříč sledovanými státy.

The bachelor thesis focuses on regulated price component of electricity. The basis of this work is the determination of approaches to design of tariffs structures, which responds to challenges facing current energy sector. In the second part of the thesis, the regulated electricity tariff rates of five EU countries are applied to six defined customer groups. The size of regulated price is calculated for every customer group and the differences in approaches of these EU countries to tariff designs are described.
