Racionalizace skladových procesů vybrané firmy

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je zefektivnění dopravy zboží z distribučního centra k zákazníkům a to využitím lokačních úloh a nadále optimalizace v oblasti skladových procesů - v teorii zásob. V teoretické části je definován a vysvětlen princip lokačních úloh, jejich typy a možné způsoby řešení. V teorii zásob je popsána základní terminologie, členění zásob a modely řízení zásob. V praktické části je algoritmus otestován na reálné úloze distribuce slaného a sladkého pečiva v České republice. Výsledek je porovnán s řešením získaného pomocí programu FLP Spreadsheet Solver v Excelu. Dále je vypočítána optimální velikost dodávky, s tím spjatá optimální velikost nákladů a délka dodacího cyklu.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is to efficiently organise the transport of the goods from the distribution center to the customers, leveraging the location problem and further optimisation in the region of the warehouse processes - in the inventory theory. Principles of the location problem, their types and the possible solution are defined in the theoretical part. The basic terminology, kinds of stocks and the inventory theory models in the inventory theory are described. The algorithm is tested on the real problem of the distribution sweet and savoury baked products in Czech republic in the practical part. The result is comparison with the solution obtained using the program FLP Spreadsheet Solver in Excel. Further the optimal delivery size is calculated with the associated optimal cost size and the delivery cycle length.
