Mezipodnikové srovnání konkurenčních podniků

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je analýza finančního zdraví zkoumaného podniku z oblasti pivovarnictví v ČR za období 2011-2015. Pomocí analytických metod je zkoumána finanční stabilita a postavení hlavního podniku a následné porovnaní se dvěma dalšími konkurenty pomocí mezipodnikových srovnávacích metod. Výstupem práce jsou pak doporučení, pomocí kterých je možné zvýšit efektivnost hospodaření. První část práce rozebírá teorii finanční analýzy a mezipodnikového srovnání, její metody a postupy tvorby. Praktická část uvádí charakteristiky srovnávaných podniků, podrobnou analýzu zkoumaného podniku a následné mezipodnikové srovnání na základě hodnot z finančních analýz jednotlivých podniků. V závěru jsou shrnuty rozdílnosti v hospodaření jednotlivých subjektů a uvedena doporučení pro hlavní podnik.

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the financial health of the brewery company in the Czech Republic during 2011-2015. Financial stability is examined by analytical methods and then compared with two other competitors by using intercompany benchmarking methods. The output of the work is a recommendation that can be used to increase the efficiency of the economy. The first part deals with the financial analysis and intercompany comparison in general and is focused on methods and processes which are used in financial analysis. The theoretical part is followed by a practical part, where the principles of the financial analysis are applied. The practical part presents the characteristics of the compared companies, the detailed analysis of the company under investigation and the subsequent inter-company comparison based on values of financial analyses of the individual enterprises. In conclusion, results are summed up and the recommendation is given for the main company.
