The subject of this thesis is the usability assessment of fibre reinforced composite delamination detection using the comparison of its modal properties with and without the damage present. The modal test will be performed using a laser vibrometer. The purpose of the experiment is to evaluate whether by using this method it is possible to measure the modal properties with sufficient accuracy and repeatability, so that the magnitudes of the modal parameters shifts caused by material delamination is sufficiently high compared to measurement deviation.
