Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat spolupráci personalisty a psychologa ve výběrovém řízení, kdy vzniká spolupráce a jakým způsobem probíhá. Bakalářská práce se opírá o dva prameny informací, prvním je sběr a zkoumání dokumentů, druhým zdrojem jsou polostandardizované rozhovory a dotazníkové šetření. Analýza spolupráce je řešena metodou SWOT. Vyhodnocení aktuálního stavu poskytuje možnosti zavedení změn a úpravy metod výběrových řízení.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the cooperation between the HR and the psychologist in the recruitment procedure of the Czech Police. It discusses when the cooperation starts and how the cooperation looks like. The work is based on two sources of information, the first is the collection and examination of documents, the second source is semi structured interviews and questionnaire survey. The analysis of cooperation is solved by SWOT analysis. Evaluation of the current status provides opportunities for introducing changes and modifying the recruitement methods.
