The topic of the present thesis is the methods of measurement, reconstruction and visualization of a sound field and the acoustic energy flow. The first section is concerned with three types of algorithms used by an acoustic camera for sound field mapping - beamforming, nearfield acoustical holography and wideband acoustic holography. The theory of algorithms is described in detail with a focus on sound source identification. In the second section a tool to visualize the flow of acoustic energy had been designed and implemented. Its functioning is demonstrated on a chosen acoustical problem.
