Vývoj požární bezpečnosti jaderných elektráren

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním problematiky požární bezpečnosti jaderných provozů. Práce je zaměřena na popis požární bezpečnosti obou jaderných elektráren na území České republiky, tj. JEDukovany a JE Temelín. Pozornost je věnována výčtu a vývoji prvků požárněbezpečnostního vybavení jaderné elektrárny se zaměřením na prvky pasívní bezpečnosti a dále také posunu v oblasti české legislativy a v oblastinormotvorby i aplikace technických norem za období, kdy byly jaderné bloky těchto zařízení realizovány. V praktické části budou popsány opatření provedená v této oblasti po vyhodnocení jaderné nehody jaderné elektrárny Fukušima. Cílem práce je popis požární bezpečnosti jaderných elektráren vČR aporovnání jejich požárně bezpečnostních prvků a zařízení.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the processing of the issues of fire safety of nuclear operations. The thesis is focused on the description of the fire safety of both nuclear powerplants in the territory of the Czech Republic, i.e. Dukovany NPP and Temelin NPP. Attention is paid to the list and development of the elements of the fire safety equipment of the nuclear power plant with concentration on the passive safety elements and also the movement in thearea of Czech legislation and in the area of standard creation and application of technical standards for the period, when the nuclear blocks of these facilities have been implemented. In the practical part, the measures taken in th is areaafter the evaluation of the nuclear accident of the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant will be described. The objective of the thesis is the description of fire safety of nuclear power plants in the Czech Republic and the comparison of their fire safet yelements and equipment.
