Metoda obličejové termografie by měla pomoci objektivně zhodnotit nazální provokační testy. Nowadays, due to the increase of incidence of allergies, society has found allergology to become a field of interest. Nasal challengetest is a method used to determine painfulness of a patient to a specific allergen. Facial thermography should help to objectively assess nasal challengetests. The aim of this study is to confirm the benefits of facial thermography in evaluating the nasal challengetests and to confirm or refute correlation with active anterior rhinomanometry. 18 allergic patients and 10 healthy adults underwent a nasal challengetest with two types of dust mites (D. pteronyssinus and D. farinae). On the one hand the correlation with active anterior rhinomanometry wasn't confirmed. On the other hand a dependence was found on the nasal symptom score which is widely used to determine the positivity of nasal challengetest.
