Analýza vybrané zájmové skupiny

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá postavením farmaceutických společností na českém trhu. Vprvní části diplomové práce jsou popsány teoretické aspekty zájmových skupin zejména jejich vznik a typologie. Dále se práce zaměřuje na lobby farmaceutických společností nejenom vČeské republice, ale taktéž vcelosvětovém měřítku. Je zde definována současná právní norma voblasti lékové politiky. Výzkum voblasti lékové politiky byl proveden formou dotazníkového řízení a dále formou řízených rozhovorů. Cíl výzkumu byl zaměřenna silné a slabé stránky lékové politikyvČeské republicea dále na možnosti korupčního jednání ze strany farmaceutických společností.

This master thesis deals with the role of pharmaceutical companies on the Czech market. The first part of the thesis describes the theoretical aspects of interest groups, in particular their emergenceand typology. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the lobby of pharmaceutical companies not only in the Czech Republic but also on a global scale. The thesis defines current legal rule in the field of pharmaceutical policy. Research in the area of pharmaceutical policy was conducted through a questionnaires and guided interviews. The objective of the research was focused on the strengths and weaknesses of pharmaceutiacl policy in the Czech Republic and the opportunities for corruption by the pharmaceutical companies.
