Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá měřením biokompatibilních vrstev pomocí metod interferenční mikroskopie a spektrální elipsometrie. Teoretická část se týká použití biokompatibilních vrstev v oblasti biomedicíny, teorie šíření světla a interferometrie, teorie interferenčního mikroskopu Epival a spektroskopického elipsometru. Experimentální část se zabývá depozicí nanokrystalické diamantové vrstvy, deponované metodou plazmochemické depozice z plynné fáze (PECVD), měřením tloušťky biokompatibilní vrstvy pomocí interferenčního mikroskopu Epival, spektrometru a spektroskopického elipsometru, s následným vyhodnocením jednotlivých měření. This bachelor thesis is focused on biocompatible layers thickness measurement by means of the optical interferometry and the spectral ellipsometry. The theoretic part is concerned in the application of the biocompatible layers in the field of biomedicine, theory propagation of light and interferometry, the interferential microscope Epival and the spectroscopical ellipsometer theory. Experimental part deals with the deposition of the nanocrystalline diamond layers, deposited using the microwave plasma-enhanced chemici vapor deposition (MW PECVD), the biocompatible layers thickness measurement by means of the interferential microscope Epival, the spectrometer and the spectral ellipsometer, with the subsequent single measurements evaluation
