Outsourcing péče o zobrazovácí systémy ve vlastnictví nemocnic

Abstract

Cílem této diplomová práce se snaží pojednat o problematice volby údržby radiodiagnostických zařízení. Tato práce je dělena do tří celků. První pojednává obecně o problematice outsourcingu. Druhá shrnuje problematiku legislativy, technického stavu a údržby zařízení jako hlavních metrik pro posouzení outsourcingu. V poslední časti je shrnut postup vlastního auditu týkajícího se outsourcingu údržby radiodiagnostických zařízení v FN Motol. Závěrem tohoto auditu je zhodnocení přínosů a rizik tohoto druhu údržby.

This thesis tries to give a summary overview on the field of choice of outsourcing maintaince. The work is divided into three logical parts. The first one shows the problems of outsourcing of the radiodiagnostic equipment. The second part aids the problems of law restrictions, technical and maintenance as main metrics of outsourcing. The progress of the audit of outsourcing maintenance in faculty hospital Motol is described in the last part. The result of this audit is evaluation of benefits and risks of this kind of maintenance.
