This work deals with the study of thermaleffects of UV laser radiation on animal tissue. Introductory theoretical part is devoted to clarifying the basic concepts of the UV radiation, lasers, interaction of radiation with tissue and the principle of function of bolometer based thermal camera. The practical section aims to obtain review of the possibilities of using thermal camera Fluke TI 55 FT-20 to study thermal effects of laser radiation on the tissue in described experiments. KrF excimer laser Compex F Pro 205, Lambda Physik was used for the irradiation, which emits pulse laser radiation at a wavelength of 248 nm and a pulseduration of 20 ns. Finally, the practical part summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of using the thermal camera for studying the interaction of UV radiation withtissue
