Vrstvy byly analyzovány pomocí XRD, Ramanovy spektroskopie, AFM, drsnosti, kontaktního úhlu, povrchové energie a fotokatalytických účinků. Proběhlo zhodnocení dosažených výsledků u deponovaných vrstev s ohledem na výsledky fotokatalytických testů. The thesis focuses on the depositions of the titan dioxide (TiO2) surfaces. The aim is to identify the deposition conditions, suitable for production of the crystalic phase of TiO2 at the lowest possible temperature (ideally the room temperature). The surfaces should serve for anti-bacterial disinfection through the photocatalytic effects of TiO2. Over 70 different combinations of deposition conditions were tested. The surfaces were analysed by means of XRD, Raman spectroscopy, AFM, rougness, contact angle, surface energy and photocatalytic properties. The obtained results were interpreted with regards to the outcomes of the photocatalytic tests.
