Využití termovize u pacientů s revmatoidní artritidou

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá termovizním měřením pacientů, kteří trpí různými formami artritidy. Revmatoidní artritida je chronické systémové onemocn ění, které postihuje především klouby. Cílem práce je ověřit možnost využití snímání termokamerou při diagnóze tohoto onemocnění. U revmatoidní artritidy je důležité, aby stanovení diagnózy a následná léčba byla zahájena co nejdříve. Platí však, že žádný klinický ani laboratorní nález nepotvrzuje diagnózu revmatoidní artritidy zcela jednoznačně. V práci je navržena metodika pro měření a vyhodnocení získaných obrázků, které jsou statisticky zpracovány.

Diploma work deals with measurement of the patients suffering by different types of arthritis with infrared camera. Rheumatic arthritis is chronic system disease that affects mainly joints. The goal of the study is check the possibility to use an infrared camera to diagnose this disease. It is important determine diagnose and start the treatment as soon as possible at the patients suffering by arthritis. No clinical or laboratory test determines rheumatoid arthritis definitely. The procedure of measurement and evaluation of thermograms is proposed in the study. The images from infrared camera are statistically processed
