Implementace metody 5S ve společnosti Busch VÝROBA CZ, s.r.o.

Abstract

Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice jedné z metod štíhlé výroby, a to 5S. Teoretická část je věnována základní charakteristice štíhlé výroby, využití dílčích pilířů Gemba Kaizen, jakožto systému postupného zlepšování na výrobních pracovištích, který v sobě inkorporuje právě metodu 5S. V neposlední řadě se teorie zabývá podstatou shop floor managementu, jenž zajišťuje integraci filozofie Leanu napříč celým podnikem. Praktickou částí je implementace metody 5S ve výrobním závodě Busch VÝROBA CZ, s.r.o. v Liberci. V rámci praktické části byla provedena analýza stavu před zavedením, následovala samotná implementace, po níž bylo přistoupeno k analýze stavu vyplynuvšího ze zavádění. Obě analýzy byly následně porovnány a na jejich základě došlo k vyjádření ekonomické výhodnosti a přínosů nefinančního charakteru, jenž aplikace metody 5S podniku přinesla. Cíle v podobě zavedení metody 5S bylo dosaženo, úspěšnou implementací došlo zároveň ke standardizaci a následné flexibilitě celého střediska. Z ekonomického hlediska se zavedení vyplatilo, neboť přineslo úspory, které výrazně převýšily vstupní investované prostředky.

The diploma thesis deals with the problematic of one of many Lean manufacturing methods, namely 5S. The theoretical part describes the basic characteristic of Lean manufacturing, the usage of Gemba Kaizen pillars, which represent a system of continuous improvement in the manufacturing workplace and covers into itself the 5S method. Last but not least the theoretical part deals with the essence of shop floor management which ensures the integration of the Lean philosophy across the whole company. The practical part represents the implementation of the 5S method in plant Busch VÝROBA CZ, s.r.o. in Liberec. Within the framework of practical part, an analysis of the situation before the implementation was performed, after that followed the implementation and afterwards the analysis after the implementation was performed. Both the analysis were compared and on their basis there were expressed the economical contribution and non-financial benefits, which brought the application of the 5S method to the company. The goal, which was to implement the 5S method was reached, the successful implementation has led to the achievement of standardization and resultant flexibility of the whole unit. Economically, the implementation has paid off because it has brought savings which have considerably exceeded the invested funds.
