Abstract

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je vyhodnotit stávající stav rodinného domu a navrhnout vhodné řešení rekonstrukce z hlediska technického zařízení. Teoreticky zpracuji možnosti větrání a vytápění pro rodinný dům, následně tyto možnosti vyhodnotím a vyberu nejlepší, kterou rozpracuji detailněji na úrovni dokumentace pro vydání stavebního povolení. Rozvody kanalizace a vodovodu nehodnotím, pouze popíši teoreticky a rozpracuji na úrovni projektové dokumentace pro vydání stavebního povolení. Součástí této dokumentace budou výpočty, výkresy a technické zprávy.

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to evaluate the current condition of the family house and to suggest a suitable solution for the reconstruction in terms of microenviromental and building services engineering. I am working on the possibilities of ventilation and heating for the family house, then I will evaluate and select the best option, which I will elaborate in detail at the level of the documentation for issuing building permits. I do not evaluate the sewerage and water supply system, I will only describe it theoretically and will elaborate at the level of the project documentation for issuing the building permit. This documentation will include calculations, drawings and technical reports.
