NASKÝTÁ SE ZDE MOŽNOST INTEGRACE HROMADNÉ DOPRAVY S OBČANSKOU VYBAVENOSTÍ A INTENZIVNÍ PROPOJENÍ S VEŘEJNÝM RPOSTOREM. TÍM VZNIKNE NOVÉ SRDCE NOVÉ LOKALITY.
