Čištění otopných soustav a jeho vliv na účinnost systému

Abstract

Problematika účinnosti a provozní spolehlivosti teplovodních otopných soustav nabývá na významu v souvislosti se stále sofistikovanějšími tepelnými zdroji a snahou o snižování energetické náročnosti budov. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem úsad na funkci teplovodních otopných soustav ústředního vytápění. Práce postupně popisuje tématiku od příčin a ovlivňujících faktorů vzniku úsad, negativních projevů existence až po možnosti jejich odstraňování. Součástí práce je experiment měření vlivu inkrustace na účinnost plynového kondenzačního kolte. Výsledky práce potvrzují, že úsady snižují účinnost, provozní spolehlivost, životnost a komfort užívání systémů. Zabývat se tedy prevencí tvorby inkrustu a kvalitou topné vody je jistě žádoucí. V praxi je často potřeba čištění otopných soustav vyvolána až problematickým provozem, nedotápěním některých otopných těles, neprůchodností okruhů podlahového vytápění, cyklováním zdrojů, korozním napadením systému nebo zvukovými projevy proudění. Zároveň ale, zvláště u zdrojů využívajících latentního tepla spalin může čištění otopných soustav vést i k významným energetickým úsporám. Posouzení vhodnosti čištění a jeho možných přínosů je individuální záležitostí silně závislou na množství úsad, typu systému a zdroje včetně způsobu regulace.

The issue of efficiency and operational reliability of heating systems is gaining importance in the context of the increasingly sophisticated heat sources and efforts to reduce the energy performance of buildings. This master's thesis deals with the impact of fouling on the function of hot water central heating systems. It describes gradually the theme from the causes and influencing factors on the formation of unwanted sediments, negative symptoms of existing fouling to the possibility of their removal. A part of this projekt is an experiment aimed at measuring the impact of encrustation on the efficiency of a gas condensing boiler. The results confirm that the fouling reduces efficiency, operational reliability, durability and user comfort. Therefore to deal with the prevention of incrustation and heating water quality is certainly needed. In practice it's common, that the need for cleaning of the heating system is triggered by the problem during operation of the equipment, insufficient heating of some radiators, underfloor heating circuits obstruction, cycling of heat sources, the emergence and expansion of corrosion in the heating system or sound speeches during flow. At the same time, especially in sources using the latent heat from the flue gas, cleaning of heating systems can also lead to significant energy savings. Assessment of the suitability of cleaning and its potential benefits is an individual matter which strongly depends on the amount of fouling, type of system and source type, including a control method.
