V druhé části práce nastiňuje problematiku "chytrých" sítí Smart Grids, především pak aplikaci této technologie do mřížových sítí a výhody s tím spojené. This work deals in the first part with topologies of distribution network of medium and low voltage, especially mesh networks and their advanages and disadvantages. In the second part work deals with theory of Smart Grid networks and the possibilities of implementation this technology into mesh network. The third part deals with general methods of designing distribution network and particular methods used by company PREdistribuce, a.s. The f last part of this work deals with the concept of transfiguration of the current radial network into the mesh network in given location including the implementation of the components of the Smart Grid concept.

(České vysoké učení technické v Praze. Vypočetní a informační centrum.Czech Technical University in Prague. Computing and Information Centre., 2023-02-01)Neural Networks with binary weights are of special interest as they are computation friendly and do not demand a lot hardware. However, training is rather challenging as they these binary weights do not have a gradient. ...
