Motivace mladých dospělých k výběru a výkonu zaměstnání

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce v teoretické části předkládá přehled klasických i moderních teorií motivace a v praktické části analyzuje míru motivace mladých dospělých k výběru a výkonu práce v současném managementu firem. Dále se zaměřuje na motivační strategii firem, zjišťuje jaká je míra motivace dnešních mladých dospělých k jejich současným či budoucím zaměstnáním, nachází nedostaky v motivačních strategiích moderních firem a navrhuje, co mohou firmy využít jako výhody do budoucna.

This bachelor thesis presents a review of classical and modern theories of motivation in the theoretical part and in the practical part analyzes the degree of motivation of young adults to select and perform work in the current management of companies. It also focuses on the motivation strategy of companies, identifies the degree of motivation of today's young adults to their current or future jobs, finds inadequacies in the motivation strategies of modern firms, and suggests what companies can take advantage of in the future.
