Víceúčelový objekt

Abstract

Cílem této práce je vytvořit projektovou dokumentaci pro stavební povolení víceúčelového objektu se zaměřením na návrh provozních střech. Objekt je navržen jako samostatně stojící. Pozemek je situován ve svažitém terénu. Budova má obdélníkový půdorys. Stavba má pět nadzemních podlaží a jedno podzemní podlaží. V prvním podzemním podlaží se nachází garáže pro hosty. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází obchodní prostory, recepce, bar a ubytovací pokoje pro zaměstnance. V druhém až čtvrtém nadzemním podlaží je celkem 36 apartmánů pro hosty. V pátém nadzemním podlaží je wellness centrum s přístupem na zelenou střechu. Objekt má dvě jednoplášťové ploché zelené střechy. Budova je řešena s ohledem na bezbariérovost.

The aim of this thesis is to create a project documentation for building permit multipurpose building with a focus on operational proposal roofs. The building is designed as a detached house. The building site is situated in sloping terrain. The building has a rectangular shape grand plan. This is five-storey and one underground floor. In the first underground floor is parking place for guests. In the first storey are shops, reception, bar and rooms for employees. In the second to the fourth storey there are 36 apartments for guests. In the fifth storey is wellness center with access to a vegetative flat roof. The building has two single skin and vegetative flat roofs. The building is designed with regard to wheelchair accessibility.
