Analýza obchodních procesů a implementace informačního systému ve společnosti Ancora Praha

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zmapování klíčových obchodních procesů společnosti Ancora Praha, které se zaměřují na prodej slitin, plastových obalů a nejiskřivého nářadí, spolu s vytvořením informačního systému pro podporu těchto procesů. Výstupem práce je implementace informačního systému, prostřednictvím kterého budou zaměstnanci společnosti vykonávat její obchodní činnost. Výsledná podoba aplikace vychází z analýzy firemních procesů, automatizace jasně definovaných opakujících se činností a integrace firemních databází do jedné relační databáze.

The aim of this thesis is to map the key business processes of the Ancora Prague company, which focus on selling copper alloy, packaging buckets, boels and tubs and non-sparking tools, and to create information system to support these processes. The thesis will also deal with the implementation of this information system, through which the employees will be able to administer business operations. The final form of the application comes from the business process analysis, the automatization of clearly defined and repetitive processes, and the integration of company databases into one relational database.
