Abstract

Studie proveditelnosti je dokument, který z hlediska technického a z hlediska ekonomického posuzuje výhodnost realizace daného záměru. Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na posouzení výhodnosti rekonstrukce a otevření nového wellness hotelu na zámku ve Velkých Dvorcích. Praktická část, jejíž součástí je i teoretická základna, zkoumá konkrétní investiční záměr a jeho zhodnocení. Pro vypracování této bakalářské práce se stala klíčová analýza trhu a finanční a ekonomická analýza. V závěru práce je provedeno celkové zhodnocení záměru, jeho přínosy a efektivnost využití vložení peněžních prostředků.

A feasibility study is a document which, from the point of view of technical and economic considerations, assesses the feasibility of implementing the project. This bachelor's thesis is focused on the assessment of the advantage of the reconstruction and the opening of a new wellness hotel at the castle in the Velké Dvorce. The practical part, which includes the theoretical basis, examines the concrete investment plan and its evaluation. The analysis of the market and the financial and economic analysis became a key part of this bachelor thesis. At the end of the thesis, an overall evaluation of the project, its benefits and the efficiency of the use of the money input are made.
