Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je projektové řízení v nestátní neziskové organizaci. V práci bude analyzováno projektové řízení v organizaci Romodrom o.p.s. a následně bude zkoumána kooperace této neziskové organizace a jejích donátorů, od kterých získává finanční i jiné prostředky potřebné pro realizaci projektů. Cílem práce je vyhodnocení projektového řízení, kooperace s donátory a nalezení benefitů vycházejících z této spolupráce. Přínosem pro organizaci je možné využití nalezených benefitů při tvorbě a realizaci dalších projektů, a tím i zvýšení šancí na získání dalšího finančního zabezpečení projektů u donátorů.

The theme of this bachelor's thesis is Project management in a nongovernmental non-profit organization. This thesis will analyse Project management in the organization Romodrom o.p.s. and subsequently the cooperation between this organization and its benefactors. These benefactors provide primarily financial and sometimes other substantial aid needed for the realization of its projects. The aim of this thesis is the evaluation of Project management, cooperation with the benefactos and subsequently their acquisition of the benefits from this cooparation. The potential use of the acquitted benefits in planning and then implementing these plans in other projects, which may increase the chance of financial aid from the benefactors, is what is beneficial for the organization.
