Adaptace zaměstnanců

Abstract

Cílem práce je shrnutí poznatků o problematice adaptace a adaptačního procesu nových zaměst-nanců, zaměřuje se na význam adaptace pro jedince i pro organizaci. Adaptace je vysvětlena z hlediska různých vědních oborů, vymezuje adaptaci sociální a pracovní. Cílem praktické části je analyzovat adaptační proces u konkrétní firmy. Výsledky analýzy poskytují zpětnou vazbu od vy-brané skupiny zaměstnanců a jsou podkladem k tomu, jak by se tato činnost mohla ve firmě zkva-litnit.

The aim of the thesis is to summarize knowledge of the problems of adaptation and adaptation process of new employees. The thesis is focused on the importance of adaptation for the individual and for the organization. Adaptation is explained in terms of the different disciplines, defining social adaptation and work adaptation. The aim of the empirical part is to analyze the adaptation process at a specific company. The basis for my proposal for improvement is the analysis of feedback from selected groups of employees.
