Adaptace zaměstnance na pracovišti a její vliv na fluktuaci

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem adaptace na fluktuaci zaměstnanců na pracovištích. Nejdříve jsou pojmy vysvětleny a poté dány do souvislosti. V praktické části je pomocí pozorování a dotazníku zkoumán adaptační proces konkrétní společnosti a jsou navrhnuty možnosti k zlepšení, což bylo cílem práce. Výzkum prováděný v organizaci a jeho výsledky jsou zhodnoceny v rámci rozhovoru s HR manažerkou společnosti.

This Bachelor´s Thesis is focused on the influence of adaptation on fluctuation of employees on workplaces. Firstly, the terms are explained and then put into context. In the practical part is researched the adaptation process of a particular company with and observation and questionnaire, and there are proposed some possibilities for improvement, which was the main goal of this work. The research conducted in the organization and its results are evaluated in an interview with the HR manager of the company.
