Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zjednodušený stavebně technický průzkum suterénu, 1. a 2. nadzemního podlaží historického bytového domu zaměřený na vybrané stavebně - technické poruchy a návrh sanačních opatření těchto poruch. Práce je zaměřena na vlhkostní problematiku konstrukce, která byla potvrzena dvěma metodami - kapacitním vlhkoměrem a následně ověřena gravimetrickou metodou. Dále byly zaznamenány statické trhliny na nosných konstrukcích vodorovných i svislých, způsobené nedostatečným ztužením objektu. Při návrhu vhodného sanačního opatření bylo bráno na vědomí, že objekt je nemovitá kulturní památka.

The main subject of this bachelor thesis is a simplified technical survey of the ground floor, first floor and second floor of a historical apartment building, which focuses on the selected technical failures and the design of renovation. The thesis is focused on the problematic moisture in the structure, which was confirmed by the two measurement methods - capacitive moisture meter and after that it was verified by the gravimetrical method. Furthermore, the static failures were discovered in the horizontal and vertical supporting structure, caused by the insufficient toughness of the building. When designing the suitable renovation, it has to be taken into account that the object is a cultural heritage.
