Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce je problematika panelových domů. Teoretická část práce popisuje důvody rekonstrukce, způsoby snižování energetické náročnosti budov a také možnosti financovaní pomocí dotací, které jsou v současnosti v ČR dostupné. Praktická část potom navazuje vytvořením rozpočtu na konkrétní stavební zakázku, identifikací způsobilých výdajů a určení výše dotace.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the issue of prefabricated apartment buildings. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the reasons for the reconstruction, ways of reducing the energy performance of the buildings and also the possibilities of financing with subsidies, which are currently available in the Czech Republic. The practical part follows with the cost calculation of a specific construction contract, identification of eligible expenses and determination of the amount of the subsidy.
