Specifika realizace nášlapných vrstev podlah svépomocí a odbornou firmou

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce jsou specifika realizace masivní dřevěné podlahy na jednoduchém roštu v obytných prostorách z pohledu svépomocné montáže v porovnání s využitím služeb odborného zhotovitele. V počátku jsou uvedeny obecné informace o dřevu coby materiálu pro podlahové krytiny a výčet typů dřevěných podlah společně se způsoby montáže. Část věnovaná svépomocné realizaci je vypracována ve sledu činností, které je nutné v souvislosti s tímto způsobem montáže podstoupit. V začátku jsou tedy zhodnoceny možné zdroje informací. Následuje výpis potřebných materiálů, strojů a vybavení s ověřením jejich dostupnosti na trhu. Proces vlastní realizace je zpracován ve formě technologického postupu. V protikladu k dosud uvedenému stojí realizace odbornou podlahářskou firmou, která je koncipována z pohledu objednatele služby od okamžiku výběru zhotovitele až po případné reklamační řízení. Nelze opomenout ani kapitoly zaměřené na údržbu dřevěných podlah a jejich nejčastější, především pak realizační, vady. V závěru práce jsou porovnány náklady na provedení dřevěné podlahy oběma uvedenými způsoby. Na základě těchto kalkulací je provedeno objektivní vyhodnocení a vypracován výčet možných skutečností, které výsledek ovlivnily.

The focus of this thesis is on laying solid timber floor on simple grid in living space from the point of view of DIY laying in comparison with laying by a professional contractor. The beginning of the thesis provides general information about wood as the material for floor covering and a list of the wooden floors and methods of their laying. The part that deals with DIY laying covers a sequence of activities that are necessary to perform with regard to this method of laying. The beginning of that part evaluates possible information sources. Then a list of the materials, machines and equipment that are needed for the process follows as well as checking their availability on the market. The process itself is described in the form of a technological procedure. On the opposite side of the already described process, there is the process of laying the floor by a professional company which focuses on this service and it is described from the point of view of the client, starting from choosing the contractor and ending with a complaint procedure that could occur. The thesis also contains chapter that focus on wooden floor maintenance and their most frequent defect especially those created during the execution of the process. The end of the paper provides a comparison of the incurred costs of both ways of executing the process. On the basis of these calculations, an objective evaluation is made and a list of the facts that could influence the result is provided.
