Komunitní centrum a kostel v Mladé Boleslavi

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je architektonický návrh kostela sv. Kryštofa a přidruženého komunitního centra v Mladé Boleslavi. Řešené území se nachází v Mladé Boleslavi v těsné blízkosti automobilového závodu Škoda Auto a.s. Celé území bylo komplexně řešeno v předdiplomním projektu v zimním semestru 2016/2017. Návrh reaguje na zpracovanou urbanistickou studii, dodržuje v ní stanovené místní vazby a reaguje na průhledové osy územím. Ve výsledku se jedná o monoblok kostela, ke kterému přiléhá komunitní centrum. To je rozděleno do tří menších částí - knihovnu, výukové centrum s farou a dočasným ubytováním a galerii s kavárnou - a vytváří poloveřejný prostor komunitního dvora. Objekty komunitního centra využívají výškového rozdílu cca 5 m a jsou zapuštěny pod úroveň terénu. Velkými prosklenými plochami se otevírají směrem do zahrady, a to podle hesla "vidět a nebýt viděn". Střechy objektů jsou pochozí a navazují na okolní rostlý terén. Vstup do kostela je navržen z hlavního náměstí. Objekt je přísně symetrický podle osy východ-západ, oltář je orientovaný na východ. Hlavní dominantou interiéru je transparentní střecha. Tvarově se jedná o pokřivený hyperbolický paraboloid, který graduje v kostelní věž. Střecha je tvořena trojúhelníkovými kazetami z lepeného dřeva, které jsou vyplněny pneumatickými ETFE membránami. Konstrukce střechy tak vytváří v interiéru zajímavou hru stínů a interiér se mění každou hodinou. Za oltářním křížem je navržena velká prosklená plocha, díky níž se interiér prolíná s exteriérem. Za křížem jsou symetricky navrženy dva vzrostlé stromy a stěna s popínavou zelení.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the architectural design of the church dedicated to St. Kryštof and the community centre in the municipality of Mladá Boleslav. The building plot for the church design is located near to Škoda Auto a.s. in Mladá Boleslav. The whole location was solved as an urban project in the preliminary diploma course in winter term in 2016/2017. This presented design corresponds with the urban study. The local linkage of the area was taken into account. In the nutshell, the whole complex consists of the church monoblock which is surrounded with community centre. This ground building involves three sub-sections - a library, a teaching centre with presbytery including temporary accommodation and a gallery with café. The community centre object uses the difference of about 5 m and are entirely laid below the ground level. The community centre creates a semi-public space of community garden. This building was created according to motto "to see, but not to be seen". The church entrance is located from the side of main square. The whole church is symmetrical according to the east-west axe. There is an interesting transparent roof which is considered as the dominant interior element. The roofis in the shape of hyperbolic paraboloid. The structure consists of triangular coffering made of timber laminated beams. These parts are filled with pneumatic ETFE membranes. Based on its structure there may be seen an interesting game of shadows in the interior. There is a large window behind the altar cross throw which exterior and interior are connected. There are two symmetrical full-grown trees laid in the symmetry to the altar cross complemented with climbing greenery on the wall.
