Abstract

Anotace Tato bakalářská práce je architektonickou studií rodinného domu pro cvičitelku jógy a IT experta. Stavební pozemek se nachází na území CHKO v rozvolněné zástavbě obce Blatce. Studie je zpracována s ohledem na regulativa CHKO, specifika místní zástavby a konkrétní požadavky investorů, jimiž jsou ateliér na kurzy cvičení jógy a vytvoření podmínek pro očekávané dítě a další plánované děti. Návrh je tvořen dvěma hmotami se sedlovou střechou ? rodinným domem a jógovým atelierem, tyto hmoty se postupně doplní provozním zázemím a přístavkem s pokoji pro děti. Dále práce obsahuje řešení vybraných částí dokumentace pro stavební povolení a profesí technického zabezpečení budov.

Annotation This bachelor´s thesis is an architectural study of a detached house for a yoga instructor and an IT expert. The building plot is situated in the Protected Landscape Area, locality of Blatce builp-up area. The study is compiled with respect to regulations of the Protected Landscape Area, special characteristics of a local development and concrete client´s requirements, which are a yoga gym and creation conditions for an awaited child and other intended children. The project comprises two units with a saddle roof ? the detached house and the yoga studio, these units will be gradually completed by adding of operating facilities and an extension with rooms for children. Further, the work includes the solution of selected parts of the documentation for a building permit and building services engineering.
