Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v Praze poblíž Libockého rybníku. Pozemek se nachází v severně orientovaném svahu se spádem směrem k rybníku. Návrh objektu respektuje svažitost terénu a směrování svahu na sever. Objekt je navržen jako jeden celek, který nijak neruší koncepci okolité zástavby a hmotou i počtem podlaží do dané lokality zapadá. Zvolení druhého nadzemního podlaží jako vstupního vychází z umístění stavby v terénu a poloze komunikace vzhledem k pozemku. Projekt je koncipován jako mírně nadstandardní bydlení pro čtyřčlennou rodinu v klidné lokalitě v kontaktu s přírodou.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of a family house in Prague ? Liboc. The lot is in a north-facing slope with a gradient towards the pond Libocký rybník. The design of the building respects the sloping terrain towards north. The object is designed as one unit, which does not interrupt the concept of the surrounding area and It fits into the given location with the shape and the number of floors. The choice of the second above-ground floor as the entrance is based on the location of the building in the terrain and the relative position of the communication to the lot. The project is conceived as a slightly above-standard living for a four-member family in a quiet location in contact with nature.
