Tato diplomová práce se v teoretické části zaměřuje na popis elektricky vodivých lepidel. Zaměřuje se na jejich typy a složení, zmiňuje jejich aplikace v praxi a vysvětluje teorii vodivosti těchto lepidel. V experimentální části popisuje postup přípravy vzorků, průběh měření elektrického odporu a nelinearity voltampérové charakteristiky a hlavně shrnuje výsledky těchto měření. Měřením sleduje především vliv různých faktorů (typ použitého lepidla, materiál povrchu vodivých cest na DPS, různé vytvrzovací teploty, dodatečné žíhání, typ použitých rezistorů, mechanické namáhání ohybem, klimatické stárnutí) na kvalitu vodivého adhezního spoje. Pro účely tohoto testování byla použita tři dvousložková a dvě jednosložková lepidla objednaná celkem od třech různých výrobců. Theoretical part of this thesis is focused on description of electrically conductive adhesives. It is focused on types and structure of these adhesives, their real applications are mentioned and a conductivity theory of electrically conductive adhesives is explained. Experimental part describes preparation procedure of testing samples, the measurement of electrical resistance and nonlinearity of the volt-ampere characteristics and summarizes the results of these measurements. The measurement follows up especially influence of many factors (adhesive type, material of the surface of conductive paths on PCB, different curing temperatures, additional annealing, resistor type, mechanical bending stress, climate aging) to conductive adhesive joint quality. For the purpose of this testing have been used three two-component and two one-component adhesives from three different producers.
