Abstract

Tato práce popisuje napětí na vyrovnávací membráně DNOx 2.2. zásobovacího modulu. Chování membrány je simulováno v ABAQUS FEA softwaru. Následně byly určeny místa s kritickým napětím a poté byly navrhnuty tvarové modifikace za účelem snížení generovaného namáhání. Součástí práce je též verifikace použitých materiálových modelů za pomoci reálných měření.

This thesis describes stress of equalizing membrane of DNOx 2.2. supply module. Behaviour of membrane is simulated in ABAQUS FEA software. There are determined critically stressed areas and proposed design modifications in order to achieve stress reduction. Part of the thesis is dedicated to material model verification with use of real measurement.
