Abstract

Diplomová práce pojednává o porovnání 2 existující systémů pro zasílání a přijímání obrazových DICOM dat mezi zdravotnickými zařízeními uplatňující se v rámci ČR. V teoretické části byly zmapovány trendy používané v České republice, ale i v zahraničí. Cílem praktické části práce bylo poskytnout srovnání obou řešení po stránce technologické, funkční, tak i ekonomické. Použitými metodami byla zevrubná rešerše mapující historii a současnost obou systémů, pro funkční porovnání byly použity SWOT a TOWS analýzy na základě odborných zkušeností expertů a uživatelů obou systémů a pro ekonomická porovnání bylo vyčíslena úspora za nevypálená CD v kontextu nákladů na účast v obou projektech a na technickou podporu hrazených jednotlivými zdravotnickými zařízeními. V závěru práce bylo na základě provedeného výzkumu vysloveno doporučení tvůrcům systémů a byl naznačen rozhodovací diagram pro hypotetické ZZ usilující o sdílení DICOM dat ryze elektronickou cestou.

Master?s Thesis is conceived as a comparison of two existing systems for sending and receiving DICOM image files amongst healthcare facilities in Czech Republic. There are various forms of image sharing in Czech Republic and worldwide trends described in the theoretical part of thesis. In the part dedicated to the research there is a comparison of both systems in technological, functional and economical aspects understated. The method for the technological comparison was employed a vast recherché mapping the history and the presence of both systems, methods SWOT and TOWS based on experts? and users? ePACS and ReDiMed usage experiences were used in functional comparison, whilst budget ? savings method on not recorded data CD with DICOM image files in the context of the healthcare facilities? costs on the membership and the technical support was used for the economical evaluation. Based on the results of the research there was a statement of recommendation for the developers and the users concluded at the end of the thesis.
