Úloha geografických informačních systémů při přípravě a plánování na krizové situace

Abstract

Úkolem diplomové práce s názvem ?Úloha geografických informačních systémů při přípravě řešení krizových situací? je splnění následujících tří hlavních cílů. Za účelem zorientování se v problematice bude provedena analýza současného trhu s aplikacemi zaměřenými na geografický informační systém a jejich využití v krizovém řízení. Následně budou určena důležitá data, která lze účinně využít při řešení modelových krizových situací. Závěr práce bude obsahovat návrh požadavků kladených na obsluhu geografického informačního systému. K dosažení cílů bude využito metod komparace, myšlenkové mapy a analýzy pomocí kontrolního seznamu - Check listu. Výstupem práce bude navržení nových vrstev geografického informačního systému využitelných k řešení krizových situací.

The task of the diploma thesis called ?The Role of Geographic Information Systems while Preparing for the Solution of Crisis Situations? is to achieve the following three main goals. For the purpose of our being oriented very well in this issue an analysis of the present-day market will be carried out making use of the applications focused on the geographic information system and their use in crisis proceedings. Subsequently, all important data that can be used effectively while dealing with model crisis situations will be identified. The conclusion of this thesis will contain a proposal required for the operation of the geographic information system. Comparative methods along with mind maps and data analyses will be made use of by means of a Checklist. The outcome of this thesis will be identified as a proposal of new layers of the geographic information system utilizable for the purpose of solving crisis situations.
