HILT-laser a efekt jeho aplikace u pacientů s vertebrogenním algickým syndromem

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vertebrogenního algického syndromu, s ním spjatou bolestí, a efektem novodobé terapie HILT?. Práce je rozdělena do několika částí. V úvodu teoretické části práce jsou popsány základní poznatky z anatomie a fyziologie páteře pro lepší orientaci v následujícím textu. Teoretická část pojednává o verbrogenním algickém syndromu a bolesti, která je pro pacienty limitující. V další části práce jsou popsány klinické příznaky syndromu, etiologie jeho vzniku a možnosti terapie vertebrogenního algického syndromu. Posledním tématem teoretické části práce je nový druh laseroterapie u vertebrogenního algického syndromu, jímž je vysokovýkonná Hilterapie?. V této části práce je popsán obecný princip laserů, jejich účinky, bezpečnost práce s nimi a rozdíly mezi nízkovýkonnými a vysokovýkonnými lasery. Práce seznamuje s účinky nové metody HILT?, indikacemi a kontraindikacemi pro její aplikaci.

The bachelor thesis deals with the verterbrogenic algic syndrome, the associated pain, and the effect of the current HILT? therapy. The paper is divided into several sections. The initial part of the theoretical section describes the basic findings from the field of anatomy and spinal physiology enabling orientation in the remaining text. The theoretical part depicts the verterbrogenic algic syndrome and the pain which is limiting the patients. The following part of the paper describes the clinical symptoms of the verterbrogenic algic syndrome, etiology of its origin, and the possibilities of therapy thereof. The final topic of the theoretical section is a new kind of laser therapy for the verterbrogenic algic syndrome, the high power Hilterapie?. This part of the paper describes the theoretical background of lasers, the effects thereof, health and safety regulations as well as the difference between high power and low power lasers. The paper presents the effects of the new HILT? method as well as indications and contraindications of application thereof.
